We’re here to provide resources, discussion and suggestions for how you can use Edublogs for education and we’re always adding to them and working on our methods. A digital art gallery at University of Queensland. The students of Communication Design are immersed in an exploration of new forms of visual expressions and experiences. The participants of nowalls will present works in the areas of digital imaging, 3D animation, interface and interaction design.

Weaknesses
No working examples.
Opportunities
Students works collectively define what it is to be a Communication Designer.
Threats
The site was specially programmed by one programmer.
There is no sign of activity since 2004.
The community of practise is restricted to students of the course at UQ.
There is no forum for external feedback.
WebCT
The common eLearning platform in many Universities.
Strengths
Supports text and links to documents.
Within-class threaded discussion list.
Within-class emails.
Student homepages.
Already familiar to most students.
Weaknesses
Does not support flash files or embedded images.
The site and all content is deleted at the end of the unit.
Opportunities
All the unit content would be on one site, tightly integrated with marking and marks feedback.
Threats
WebCT may be replaced by another system in the near future.
