Participation: MOST IMPORTANT! Attend all group meetings and respond to phone calls and emails. Group members should contribute their share of work even if the group may decline the idea and go with another.
Motivation: Group members who are motivated to learn new things. Some may be good with graphics and some may be good with action script. Those who may be weak in any field of the project but are willing to learn and give it their best shot.
Competency:Group members should (learn in their own time, if they dont know) be confident with the basic tools used in the program to compile this project. (Movie clip, graphics, buttons, layers, tween ect.)
Reliability: Don't stress out your group! When you have agreed to bring something in or have something completed by a particular time...DO IT! or try anyways. Don't turn up with nothing.
Communication: There's not 1 leader, all members of the group are leaders. Have your say, and comit to organizing meetings. Don't rely on others.
