This game is aimed at improving the user's leadership and critical action skills. The reason behind this is that leadership and critical decision making are perhaps the two most highly valued transferable skills in the workforce, be it in the military as a Commanding Officer, or a Project Coordinator in a PR firm.Â

Each level will be 60 seconds. Floating text at
the beginning of each level shall inform the player of which level he/she is
at.
