In a strange universe crossed by destructive meteors, heart-shaped planets wander alone, eternally. But in very rare occasions, coincidence (or fate) brings an encounter with a tear, and from it springs life, springs an eternal story. A story which is many stories. A story whose end is the beginning. It is life. It is Substantia.

I am a 3D artist and filmmaker. I also have experience in compositing, both for animation and live action Visual Effects. I am extremely passionate about my work, since this is a great way for me to mix my interest in filmmaking, FX, gaming and illustration.

I have produced, directed and made several award-winning short-films, and am ready to lead any video/film production from pre- production (writing, concept, storyboarding, animatics) to completion. I also work occasionally as a postproduction teacher, and give lectures on the full process of making an animation short-film.

While my focus is now in film/video and CG, I have a background in image/sound engineering, graphic design, web design and programming.
Sometimes human beings have to decide between habit and survival. Sadly, and unlike other animal species, we don't always have clear enough priorities. This short film shows an example not too far from (sur)reality.
