How do I join MyToons? Joining is free & easy! Simply click the Join Now! button on the homepage and follow the steps to create your account. You'll need to be over 13 years old with a valid email address.
How do I verify my account? Once you've completed your MyToons registration, we'll send you an email. Check your email and click the given link - it'll direct you back to MyToons so you can verify your password and start having some animated fun!
Uh-oh, I think I deleted my verification email! How can I still verfiy my account? First, you may want to check your Junkmail - the email might have landed in the wrong folder. If it's not there, log into your account. When you log in, the notification bar at the bottom of the screen will bump up and down. When clicked, it will pop up, notifiying you that your account is currently unverified. Click the link to resend verification email, and you're set.
Can I change my username? You cannot change your user name. Once you have entered your information, it is permanent. This is how you are identified throughout the MyToons community.
How do I change my password, email address, or secret question ? You can access and edit your password, email address, and secret question through your start page. Once logged in, click the "My Start Page" button on the top right hand corner of the page. For more information on this, check out My Start Page in the Help Section.
What if I forget my username and/or password? For your username, click the login button on the homepage, then the "I forgot my Username" button. Enter your e-mail address and your username should be sent to your inbox in no time. For your password, click the login button on the homepage, then the "I forgot my Password" button. Enter your username or e-mail address, and your password will be sent to you.
