MyToons, Inc. ("MyToons") recognizes that its customers and other persons who visit or use www.mytoons.com (collectively or individually referred to herein as "Users") value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the MyToons website (the "Website"). You should not use or continue using the Website if you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the MyToons Terms of Use found here. Thus, your use of the Website and any personal information you provide on the Website is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as the MyToons Terms of Use.

Please note that any animations, designs, graphics, video, images, sounds, music, or other content posted at the direction of Users onto the Website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Information MyToons Collects

User Provided Information: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to the Website when choosing to participate in various activities on the Website such as uploading animation, posting messages or comments, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.

In the event that MyToons is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

Your Options

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the MyToons Website, in which case MyToons may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences at any time on the User information page. Note that content (including media files) uploaded by Users to the MyToons Website cannot be removed and remain subject to the MyToons Terms of Use found here.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
