Third Place

Some of my Chinese characters have won third place in an Olympic sponsored cartoon contest. I got a nice plaque and 1000RMB cash prize.

Third Place

I am very excited! I just won third place in an international cartoon contest that was co-sponsored by the Olympic committee here in Chengdu.

I got a nice plaque and 1000RMB. Some of my Chinese characters were entered in the contest by my wife about a week ago and they called us up two days to say that I needed to be at the awards ceremony last night. She didn't tell me anything except that we were invited to a big event.

Well I was sure surprised with everything and my wife is proud and happy with the cash award.
