I see this as a still from a shaky-camera video. You know, someone's freaking out because they saw something, and they're searching desperately but they can't find it again. Only when they review the tape they say, "Wait! Go back a few frames. There it is! Aaaaahh!!"

Yeah, that's my take. So what did you use to make this?
