voice by yours b truly & the bee was the co-director, phil. we sat down one evening with his laptop & both did each character all the way through with storyboards as our guide. then i re-recorded my part when i wrote the lyrics to the song & of course a bunch of sound fx for added enjoyment

One of my favorite shorts. For sure. I don't know who did the voice of the flower, but he brought me to tears. Amazing homage to classic animation style.

& to dannyrico, i purposely didnt put any blinks in there until "damage" had incurred, felt it was happier & added just a pinch of creep

woah, merci beaucoup! it was a fun film to do, shot it in my loft here in montreal in about 3 days & was very glad to not have to animate "lemonade" anymore by the end. 

ok, i think we have watched this about 34 times now in our office. i agree with LtMariachi...most amazing thing ever. i was in tears...from laughter (and it made me kinda sad, too, Jess!)

the music and style is a fantastic recall to the golden age. 

great use of after effects! It has that old timey feeling. The animations is looking good. I'd like to see the flower blink a little bit to add a little more life into it.

this flower seems a little too happy. lol. but i like it.
