Strengths:
The drum kit is a simple and easy to understand interface metaphor for a soundtoy. The interaction affects both the graphics and the sounds. Demonstrates rollovers, point'n'click, and push button forms of interaction. Demonstrates technical capability to integrate sounds in Flash.

Weaknesses:
It does not hold attention for long enough. Playing with the mouse click is liike having only one drum stick. The beat button helps but its not enough. The metronome does not switch off. The graphics are very flat and basic.

Opportunities:
The graphic design could be very rock'n'roll looking, and the animated visual effects could capture attention and provide eye-candy rewards like music video effects. Some kind of two-drumsticks interaction, or maybe a footpedal or rotating drumstick or some other kind of interaction metaphor would allow more complex rhythms and would increase the length of engagement with the soundtoy.
