Strengths:
Simple, bright design. The edge movement is eye-catching. The creative part is the displacement of the origin of the hands to separate locations, similar to some sports watches. Easy to understand and read. Shows required capability with Flash and Actionscript.

Weaknesses:
Similar to existing watches it does not show much of a creative leap in the representation of time.

Opportunities:
The graphic shading and ball for a second hand hint at a 3d metaphor of some kind - perhaps a roulette wheel ....

Overall:
Eyecatching, tells the time correctly and demonstrates competence with the tools.
